Order information
- Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal or Bank Account details), email address, and phone number. These are only referred to in order to process your purchase or provide a refund.
- Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Source of collection: collected from you. We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our site or provide us in any other way (e.g. register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, complete a transaction with us, contact us, competitions, promotions etc).
- We only collect sensitive information in circumstances where you consent to the collection of this information, or it is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to the purpose outlined in this policy.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and any other third-party sites we interact with in order to process your purchase or to return products (e.g. PayPal, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing along with companies that undertake our shipping (refer to our shipping information page for list of companies).
- We and/or Facebook/Instagram/Google/Bing may use this information to optimise and place advertisements. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, Bing’s Personalized Ads Policy, Facebook’s Privacy Policy and Instagram’s Privacy Policy.
Customer support information

These are only referred to in order to contact you for the sole purpose of answering your queries, resolving issues, processing your purchase or providing a refund.

- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and any other third-party sites we interact with in order to process your purchase or to return products (e.g. PayPal, Facebook, Instagram along with companies that undertake our shipping (refer to our shipping information page for list of companies).
Shopping Zone does not collect any offline data nor has purchased any marketing data/lists.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of majority in your state or territory, or for individuals under the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

We encourage you to set strong passwords for your User Account, and avoid providing us or anyone with any sensitive Personal Information of which you believe its disclosure could cause you substantial or irreparable harm.
Our Interactions With You
